Payment, invoices, cancelling
Do I need a bank card to start?
No. The free plan starts without a card and never expires. You only enter a card when you switch to a paid plan.
What's the difference between paying monthly and yearly?
The same plan with the same features. Paying yearly, you pay for a year at once, and less than twelve monthly fees.
What happens if I outgrow the free plan?
Your customers’ cards keep working. You can add new customers once you switch plans — and we tell you before you reach the limit.
How do I pay, and where are my invoices?
By card, on Stripe's secure payment page. Your card, your invoices and cancelling are all handled there too, one click from the Billing page.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then you continue on the free plan. Your customers' cards and your data stay.
What do notifications cost?
E-mails and notifications to a card saved in Google Wallet cost nothing. SMS comes out of the plan's monthly allowance, and the automatic channel only sends an SMS to someone it can't reach any other way.
