Three familiar situations, and how Loyaltee solves them.
-
The problem
They come rarely, and the card gets lost
With LoyalteeThe digital card is on the phone, and points don't expire unless you set an expiry.
-
The problem
You can't reach anyone before a holiday
With LoyalteeWith a campaign started by hand you can message everyone who agreed, for example a week before Mother's Day.
-
The problem

How it works
Three steps, and the stamps start adding up
-
Put up the QR code
The poster is made for you, rewards included. Print it and put it on the counter.
-
The customer joins
They scan it, enter their e-mail address, and the card is on their phone. No app, no password.
-
One tap at the counter
Staff scan the card with their own phone and add the stamp. No expensive hardware.
Customers come rarely. Is it worth it?
That's exactly why: if points don't expire, they're still there a year later, and a message can speak up when the occasion comes round again.
Do orders earn points too?
If you record the order at the counter, yes: you scan the customer's card, and points follow the amount.
Can I give more points for certain products?
Yes. A rule can apply to one product or one category, with a multiplier, even with a start and an end date, for example for a holiday season.
Does the balance expire?
Only if you set it to. You can choose after how many days it expires, or leave it without expiry — that's the default.
What does a customer have to give to join?
Just an e-mail address; nothing else is required. With a Google or Facebook account it's a single tap, and there's no code to type in either.
