For hair salons
A loyalty programme for hair salons
Nobody goes to the hairdresser for weeks, and then they either come back or go somewhere else. With Loyaltee you see who has stayed away, and can reach out before they're gone for good.
- No app for your customers
- No card required
- A free plan that never expires
Sound familiar?
What a hair salon easily loses
Three familiar situations, and how Loyaltee solves them.
-
The problem
Weeks pass between two cuts
With LoyalteeThe card waits on the client's phone, the stamps don't get lost, and a message reminds them if it's been a while.
-
The problem
You don't know who has moved on
With LoyalteeThe customer list shows when each client last came, and flags anyone for whom far more time has passed than usual.
-
The problem
Too few Google reviews
With LoyalteeIf you add your shop's Google listing, the card asks the client once, after their third visit, whether they'd leave a review. Everyone is asked, as Google's rules require.

Built in
Customers bring customers
- The customer shares their referral link
- Their friend pays with you for the first time
- The referrer gets a bonus
How the message reaches your customer
The system picks on its own which channel reaches the customer.
- Google Wallet notificationShows up on the customer's lock screen if they saved the card.
- EmailStraight to their inbox, under your shop's name.
- SMSA short text message, straight to their phone.
Earn rules
Rules don't send anything: they decide what earns how many stamps or points.
- A bonus early in the week A rule for Mondays and Tuesdays only, with double stamps, so the start of the week fills up too.
- Stamps for services only You tie the rule to a category: a cut or a colour earns a stamp, a product to take home doesn't.
- Stamps from 5 000 Ft No stamp below a set amount, so a quick fringe trim doesn't count as a full visit.
- One stamp a day A customer can get at most one stamp a day, however many services they have.

How it works
Three steps, and the stamps start adding up
-
Put up the QR code
The poster is made for you, rewards included. Print it and put it on the counter.
-
The customer joins
They scan it, enter their e-mail address, and the card is on their phone. No app, no password.
-
One tap at the counter
Staff scan the card with their own phone and add the stamp. No expensive hardware.
Does it replace a booking system?
No, and it isn't meant to. Loyaltee is about coming back: stamps, rewards, and a message to anyone who stayed away. Keep your booking system as it is.
Several stylists work for me. Does everyone need an account?
Everyone can have their own login for the counter; how many staff fit depends on the plan. The client's balance is shared, and anyone can record the visit.
Stamps or points for a hair salon?
If your treatments cost roughly the same, stamps are simplest. If colouring costs much more than a cut, points are fairer, because they follow the amount spent.
How do I know who has stayed away?
The customer list shows when each client last came, and flags anyone for whom far more time has passed than their usual gap. This needs at least three visits.
How do I ask for Google reviews without being pushy?
If you add your shop's Google listing, the card asks the client once, after their third visit. If they say no, it doesn't ask again.
