For beauticians
A regulars' programme for beauticians
Weeks pass between treatments. Until then the card waits on the client's phone with the points collected, and a message speaks up if it's been a while.
- No app for your customers
- No card required
- A free plan that never expires
Sound familiar?
What a beauty salon easily loses
Three familiar situations, and how Loyaltee solves them.
-
The problem
A facial is worth more than a brow tidy
With LoyalteeWith points, the balance follows the amount spent, so a bigger treatment is worth more.
-
The problem
The birthday slips by unnoticed
With LoyalteeAfter joining, the card asks for the client's birthday, and on the day the message goes out by itself, with a gift.
-
The problem
You don't know who hasn't been in for a while
With LoyalteeThe customer list shows when each person last came, and an automatic campaign reaches out to anyone who hasn't been for a long time.

Rules don't send anything: they decide what earns how many stamps or points.
- Double points on products to take home A rule tied to a category, with double points, if you'd like to promote your cosmetics.
- Bonus points early in the week A rule for Mondays and Tuesdays only, with double points, so the start of the week fills up too.
- 1 point for every 100 Ft The balance builds up with the amount spent, so a bigger treatment earns more points.
- Launching a new treatment A rule tied to one product, with a start and an end date: the new treatment earns double points in its first month.

How it works
Three steps, and the stamps start adding up
-
Put up the QR code
The poster is made for you, rewards included. Print it and put it on the counter.
-
The customer joins
They scan it, enter their e-mail address, and the card is on their phone. No app, no password.
-
One tap at the counter
Staff scan the card with their own phone and add the stamp. No expensive hardware.
How do we know a client's birthday?
After joining, the card asks for it. It's optional; the client decides.
Do customers get advertising?
Only if they've agreed, and every e-mail has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. If someone asks in person, you can remove them in one click on their customer page.
Can the balance be points instead of stamps?
Yes. You name the unit, and the balance can be earned per visit or on the amount spent.
Does the balance expire?
Only if you set it to. You can choose after how many days it expires, or leave it without expiry — that's the default.
Do I need a till system or new hardware?
No. A phone or a tablet at the counter is enough: you scan the customer's card and record the products, or just the total. Your till stays as it is.
