For gyms
A loyalty programme for gyms and studios
In a gym, what matters isn't the purchase but that the member comes back. Here the visit is the measure: every workout counts, and regular members move up a tier.
- No app for your customers
- No card required
- A free plan that never expires
Sound familiar?
What a gym easily loses
Three familiar situations, and how Loyaltee solves them.
-
The problem
Members drop out quietly
With LoyalteeThe member list shows when each person last came, and flags anyone for whom far more time has passed than usual.
-
The problem
Nobody rewards showing up
With LoyalteeWith milestone campaigns, a congratulation goes out by itself on the tenth, twentieth and thirtieth workout, with a gift if you like.
-
The problem
Two check-ins a day aren't two workouts
With LoyalteeWith a daily maximum a member gets one stamp a day, however many times they come in.

- SMSA short text message, straight to their phone.
Earn rules
Rules don't send anything: they decide what earns how many stamps or points.
- One stamp a day A daily maximum, so a morning and an evening check-in don't count as two workouts.
- Double stamps at the weekend A rule for Saturdays and Sundays only, with double stamps, so the weekend classes fill up too.
- Stamps for classes only You tie the rule to the group-class category, so a drink bought at the bar doesn't count as a workout.
- Double stamps in January A rule with a start and an end date, with double stamps at the start of the year, when most people start training.

How it works
Three steps, and the stamps start adding up
-
Put up the QR code
The poster is made for you, rewards included. Print it and put it on the counter.
-
The customer joins
They scan it, enter their e-mail address, and the card is on their phone. No app, no password.
-
One tap at the counter
Staff scan the card with their own phone and add the stamp. No expensive hardware.
Does it replace a membership system?
No. Loyaltee rewards coming back; your existing system keeps handling memberships and check-in.
Is the stamp for a visit or a purchase?
However you set it up: it can be for every visit recorded, or only for products bought at the bar.
How do tiers work?
You set how many workouts a tier needs, counted over a year for example. Stamps build up faster on a higher tier, and you can attach a discount.
How does a member know what tiers there are?
The join page shows the tiers, and the front desk shows who is on which tier and how far they are from the next.
Do I need an access-control system?
No. At the front desk you scan the member's card with your own phone or a tablet; with an NFC-capable Android phone, one tap is enough.
