How it works
How it adds up

Points on spend
For example 1 point per 1 000 Ft, rounded down per purchase: 2 500 Ft earns 2 points.

Rules on top
Double points on the days you choose, for one product or category, for a period or in one shop only, with daily and per-purchase maximums.

Tiers for regulars
A tier is set by the number of visits, the amount spent or the balance collected — over the whole history or only the last so many days.

What a tier can give

Faster collecting
Every tier can have its own multiplier, say one and a half times the points.

A discount at the counter
The counter takes the tier's discount off the purchase by itself.

A reward for the top tier
You can tie a reward to a tier: on a lower tier the customer sees it but can't redeem it yet.

Tiers don't stick forever
It is always worked out from recent history: someone who comes less often in the period you measure can drop back.

Expiry, if you want it
You can set after how many days a collected balance expires. By default it never does.

Your own word
Call them points, credits or anything else: that word is what the card and the counter show.

Stamp card or points — which is better?
If purchases are roughly the same, like a coffee or a haircut, a stamp card is simpler. If they vary a lot, like a single flower and a bouquet, points on spend are fairer.
What happens to the remainder?
Points are worked out per purchase and rounded down; the remainder does not carry over to the next purchase.
Can someone drop a tier?
Yes, if you measure tiers over a period, such as the last 365 days. If the whole history counts, a tier never goes down.
Where are the tiers shown?
The tiers and their perks are listed on the join page, and at the counter you see who is on which tier.
Does the balance expire?
Only if you set it to. You can choose after how many days it expires, or leave it without expiry — that's the default.
