Asking for a Google review
How the card asks your regulars to review you on Google, and what it needs.
On the Settings page, under Google reviews, enter your Google Place ID. Left empty, the card says nothing about reviews.

Find it
Open Google's Place ID finder, type your business's name and town, and pick it from the list.

Copy it
The code next to “Place ID” in the bubble. It usually starts with ChIJ.

Save it
Paste it into the field and save the settings.
Once a member has visited three times, the request appears on their card, once. Everyone sees the same request, not only the happy ones, because Google's rules require it.
On the Dashboard, the Google review card shows how many members we asked, how many went on to Google, and how many said no thanks. Whether they actually wrote a review only Google knows.
