When you reach the member limit

The usage bars on the Billing page show how many members, locations and staff your plan still has room for. We warn you as you near the limit.

Once the limit is full, no new member can join: the join page shows a neutral message, and the counter tells staff. Existing members carry on collecting and redeeming.

You take on new members again by moving to a larger plan.
