The member list and its signals

Members in the left-hand menu shows everyone who has joined. You can search by name and contact details, filter and sort.

  Best members, Has not visited in a while, Slipping away or New (30 days).

• Sort

  By spending, Last visit, By risk or By join date.

How do we know who has stopped coming?

We measure every member against their own habit, from three visits up: at twice their usual gap it is “Has not visited in a while”, at three times “Slipping away”. The list's numbers are refreshed every night.

The signal is for you and your managers only; the member receives nothing from it. To send a message, use a campaign.

Downloading the list

The “Export” button downloads the list as an Excel or CSV file, with the search, filter and order you have set: card number, name, contact details, birthday, balance, visits, spending, and whether they want offers. The file holds personal data, so treat it as you would your members' data anywhere else.
