Creating an automatic campaign
When it starts, what happens, and with what message: a welcome, a birthday, a win-back, a milestone.
On the Campaigns page in the left-hand menu, press “New campaign”.
When it runs

After joining
About a day after joining.

Birthday
Every year, on the birthday or a few days before. Only for members who gave their birthday.

Has not visited in a while
When a member has not visited for the number of days you set.

Visit milestone
When a member reaches the number of visits you set.

Started by hand
Runs only when you start it.
What happens
Crediting balance, handing out a reward, or just a message. A handed-out reward waits for the member for up to 30 days, on their card and at the counter.
The message
In the message you can use: {nev} (name), {uzlet} (shop), {egyenleg} (balance), {kartya} (card link). “Repeat no sooner than” sets how many days pass before the same member gets it again, and “Maximum per run” how many members one run reaches at most.
