Earning rules: what earns the balance

You add rules on the Programme page, in the second step of the setup (Rules), with the “Add a rule” button.

What it is given for

• Per visit

  Every recorded sale is worth the same, whatever it cost.

• By amount spent

  The Rate sets how many forints earn one: at 1 000, a 3 500 Ft sale earns 3. The remainder is not carried over.

• For a given item

  Only the chosen item counts, per piece: two coffees earn two. The item has to be in your catalog for this.

• For a given category

  Any item in the category counts; one from another category does not.

Conditions

In the fold-out part of a rule's card you can narrow it: which days and which period it applies on, at which location, from what minimum amount, with what multiplier, and what the maximum per sale or per day is.

Every matching rule runs on a sale, and the results add up. If a rule is exclusive, the ones after it no longer run; the order comes from the Priority.
