Setting up the programme

Open Programme in the left-hand menu. An empty programme opens straight into the setup; a finished one opens its summary, and the Edit button takes you back in.

   Basics

   The unit's name (“stamp” by default), whether members fill a card or just collect a balance, and whether the balance expires. 0 days means it never expires. The card's icon and style are chosen on the Poster page.

2. 2

   Rules

   Here you set what earns the balance, with the “Add a rule” button. Without a rule the counter credits nothing.

3. 3

   Tiers

   If your plan includes them, members can move up tiers by their visits, their spending or the balance they have collected, with a discount or a higher multiplier.

You can jump between the steps at any time; you save at the end, with the “Save the programme” button.
