Adding a reward

   New reward

   Open Rewards in the left-hand menu and press “New reward”.

   The type

   Free item, Percentage discount or Fixed amount off. A free item has to be in your catalog; while the catalog is empty, that option is greyed out.

   The price

   Under “What it costs”, choose “Costs balance” and enter how many units it takes. A free one costs nothing.

Under “Who can redeem it”, “Campaign recipients only” means the reward is not on offer: only someone a campaign hands it to gets it, for a birthday, say.

You can also add a picture, a validity period, and limits per member and in total. A reward is switched off with the toggle on its card; one that has been redeemed cannot be deleted, only switched off.
