Switching the programme on and pausing it
When customers can join, and what happens when you pause the programme.
At the top of the Programme page, “Switch it on” starts the programme. While it is off, the join page is unavailable, so nobody can join.
“Pause it” stops it at any time. While paused:
- no new member can join, from the poster or at the counter;
- sales can be recorded at the counter, but credit nothing;
- campaigns do not run;
- existing members keep their cards.
