Redeeming a reward
Redeeming a reward at the counter, and handing over rewards a campaign gave out.
Scan the member's card. Under Rewards you see every reward: one that can be redeemed now has a “Redeem” button; one that cannot is dimmed, with its reason.
“Redeem” is one step: the reward's price comes off the balance straight away, and the counter shows the redemption's code.
Reserved rewards
If a campaign gave the member a reward, for a birthday say, it waits under “Reserved rewards”. Press “Handed over” when you give it; “Cancel” gives its price back.
If it cannot be redeemed
A member signed up at the counter cannot redeem until they have confirmed their address with the link we e-mailed them. They can collect in the meantime.
