Checking a campaign and running it by hand

Open the campaign on the Campaigns page.

• Who gets it next

  The “View” button shows who would get a message or a credit now — without anything going out.

• Run now

  The campaign runs at once; after you confirm, the messages go out immediately.

• Recent activity

  Who was reached, on which channel, and who was skipped, for example because they had not agreed to messages.

• Pause it

  The campaign does not run, on its own or by hand, until you switch it back on.

The campaign's page also shows how many members it reached and how many of them bought within 14 days; for a campaign that gives a gift, how many were redeemed too. This is a correlation: a regular might have come back without the message.
