Who can get messages: consent and opting out

By joining, a member agrees that the business may tell them about its news and offers; the terms and the privacy notice both say so.

The system checks consent at the moment of every send. Nobody who has opted out gets a campaign message; a credit is still given without consent, because it is not a message.

• members can opt out with the link at the foot of campaign e-mails;
• an opt-out asked for at the counter is recorded on the member's page;
• only the member can agree again, on the join page.
